The schedule for top managers includes topics that are important for every teacher: trends in the modern school, continuous development and professional well-being of teachers, creating a child-friendly environment, digital transformation and monitoring of the educational process, inclusive approaches and emotional intelligence and research culture.
The training is planned in three modules – basic, advanced and professional, and each module will be subject to interim and final assessment. Logically, the most difficult topics are to be studied in the final module: legislation and state budget in the field of education, social capital and social partnership, project management and analytical competencies. A large block in all modules is devoted to the formation of national values.
“It so happened that from the very beginning, my professional development has been going together with the Center of Excellence, and joining the country’s personnel reserve and training for education leadership is a big dream for every young teacher, which can actually come true. I was convinced of this by my own example”, said Beksultan Mairamov, a biology teacher and Deputy Director of Secondary School No. 21 in Aktau.
The first set of personnel reserve includes more than 500 representatives of secondary schools from all regions; all of them are set for large-scale education and systematic training to enter the main list of future top managers.
“In general, the training of the personnel reserve, which will have to take responsibility for national education tomorrow, is aimed at improving the professional, personal and managerial skills and competencies of future leaders, as well as building an individual trajectory of their professional development”, Zhanbota Kabdykarimova emphasised.
