- "I am a leader" (basic level for developing skills of effective management problem solving: assessment of one's strengths and weaknesses, taking responsibility, proactivity, emotional intelligence, etc.).
- "I am a team leader" (advanced level to develop skills necessary for strengthening the team: collaboration, mentoring, inspiration and development of the team, talent search and retention, etc.).
- "I am a leader of the future" (professional level to develop the skills needed to make significant changes in the school and education system: visioning, strategy formation, change management, evaluating the effectiveness of decisions made, etc.).
