Participants in the ‘1000 Leaders of Change in Education’ project have successfully completed their professional training. They are currently preparing their final assessment papers. After the assessment stage, interviews with a commission at the Ministry are planned.
During the training, participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice: they completed a week-long internship at the best schools and took part in specially organised master classes. School principals with many years of experience and project graduates who had embarked on management careers were invited to the master classes.
During the meetings, the speakers discussed mechanisms for effective school management, principles of modern educational management, as well as topical issues of creating a safe and comfortable learning environment and shared their experience of overcoming obstacles that arise in the early stages of management.
It should be noted that candidates who have completed all stages of the programme are entitled to be appointed to the position of head teacher without having to go through competitive procedures. The Cener of Excellence will continue to provide systematic support to participants after the completion of the training programme.
