At a master class by Shugyla Kalikhanova and Kunsai Utesheva, young teachers learned about the process of creating a research paper.
Another popular theme on the site was "Learning to manage our emotions". Kyzjibek Abdramanova and Saule Zhuruntaeva discussed how to perceive and manage our own and others' emotions, and what causes them. They emphasized how our tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures, posture, and overall demeanor can create an atmosphere in the classroom that impacts learning.
Kalamkas Abdikarimova and Talgat Mukutov, trainers of the "Development of functional platform" thematic platform, believe that a teacher's ultimate goal is not just to apply knowledge in practice, but to apply it in life. They explained that functional literacy involves skills and experience, analysis and reflection, decision-making in non-standard life situations, and critical thinking.
