The idea of creating a talent pool, proposed by the Head of State, as well as real opportunities for building a successful career, have inspired deputy principals of comprehensive schools.
This year, 403 of the best participants of the program have joined the ranks of top managers in Kazakhstan’s education system. “I entered the program as a strong teacher and graduated as a leader capable of thinking strategically, seeing the system as a whole, and making data-driven decisions,” said program graduate Sultanbek Kuikentaiuly.
In addition, during the event, participants and experts discussed current issues related to the management of modern schools.
