The program is an advanced training course aimed at preparing a reserve of school leaders capable of effectively managing a modern school. Since 2023, on the instructions of the Head of State, participants in the republican project “1000 Leaders of Change in Education” have undergone training under this program. The training was carried out by the Center of Excellence NIS.
It is worth noting that the Center of Excellence NIS became the first organization in Kazakhstan offering continuing professional education to submit its original programs for international review.
Today, the Center has 12 programs accredited by ACQUIN. In 2024, the Center also underwent ACQUIN institutional accreditation comprehensive external review that assesses the management system, the quality of educational processes, and the compliance of program development and implementation mechanisms with international standards. At the same time, the Center of Excellence became the first organization in ACQUIN's history to receive accreditation unconditionally, for the maximum possible term, and without a single comment.
