Our approach to professional development through coursework on the education platform https://online.cpm.kz/ focuses on teachers' specific needs and educational requirements. Each attendee has the right to choose a flexible timetable, a convenient training format, adjust the training period and group or individual practical sessions. There is a catalogue of courses, seminars and webinars that can be accessed at any time and from any village/city; synchronous and asynchronous training and extensive opportunities for communication, presentation and testing are provided. Through the training, teachers can reinforce "soft" skills. Access to methodological resources, including teaching and learning guides and recommendations, contributes to teachers' continuous professional development.

Distance Learning System of the CoE of the AEO “NIS”

was created for professional development of the country’s teachers in a distance format. This resource contains course materials for listeners, training webinars and videos.

MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) of the CoE of the AEO “NIS”

An educational platform and online course constructor. We develop algorithms of adaptive learning, cooperate with the authors of MOOCs, and assist in conducting advanced training programs.

Our goal is to make education open and convenient.
