The meeting was held in the case study sessions format, and during each of them the young teachers were asked to find the best solutions to specific situations from their teaching practice. Throughout the meeting, the teachers actively interacted in discussing the cases and made conclusions and recommendations contributing to changes in teaching practice. The unusual practice-oriented and interactive format of the event required participants to demonstrate such skills as teamwork and critical thinking.

At the end of the meeting, the participants were introduced to the new course 'Young Teacher School' and shared their impressions, appreciating the importance of such events.

The next meetings will be held at Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Almaty and Pavlodar.
