All three teams were convinced that sincerity and openness set the mood for positive solutions both in-game models and in real-life circumstances. Aidana Shilibekova, Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board of the AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools", who moderated the meeting, admitted that the main lesson of the team discussion was that every family and every school must respect the rights of the child to a full education and a happy childhood.

In the team discussion, everyone was on equal terms – pupils, parents and teachers alike. The symbolic title "Learning is fun: the impact of school well-being on children's future success" was perfectly suited to the complex content and the wide range of opinions.
