The programme aims to address critical questions that top managers of educational institutions face, such as how to define and develop a school's mission and strategic direction, how to analyze the school's current state and perform in-school certification of teachers, how to provide feedback to teachers, and how to organize the work of methodological associations. Additionally, the programme will cover topics such as how to realize the educational aspect of lessons and develop the pedagogical and psychological competence of teachers. The administrative staff of leading educational institutions in the country will present their best practices and introduce successful school strategies.
