In 2021, the Center of Excellence NIS conducted a training course on "School teams: effective management and education quality" for school leaders and teachers in the Atyrau region. It was aimed at introducing changes in school management through teamwork.
To date, 68 school teams in the region have successfully implemented projects for increasing the quality of education planned in the course.
By teaching each other, teachers create a collaborative learning environment and share their experiences accumulated over the year.
