The Republican seminar-meeting "Kazakhstan trainer: experience, cooperation and development prospects" is an annual event aimed at the professional development of trainers of the Center of Pedagogical Excellence. Trainings are held within the framework of the seminar-meeting with the invitation of Kazakhstani and foreign experts in the field of education and psychology, business trainers, coaches (Cambridge, Japan, Korea, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, etc.). Trainers have the opportunity to personally communicate with speakers and to talk about professional and personal development. Trainers from different regions with a great enthusiasm share their experience in organizing coaching activities and offer their life hacks for use in the work.
